Shoobie is our take on the emergent style of IPA, known as a Cold IPA, made with lager yeast and 2 row malt, but a cross between West Coast and Hazy variations.The hops used are idaho gem and citra, which makes for a tropical, citrus aroma, with a dry, pleasant, bitterness in taste.
