** All packages require a 50% deposit of the total package price at time of booking. Deposit will be put towards the total event fee. Full payment will be collected one week prior to the reservation date.
Hoppy Package:
Includes 20×20 Tent and Adirondacks 
($50 for 2 hours, $25 each additional hour)
**This reservation package is not available on weekends May-August**

Coral Package:
Includes 20×20 Tent in Patio Area 
($50 for 2 hours, $25 each additional hour)

  • Includes use of one high-top picnic table and and up to 5 cocktail tables and stools
Coral Fire-Pit Package:
Includes Beer Garden Fire-Pits
($250 for 3 hours, $50 each additional hour)

Teal Package:
Includes 30×30 Tent in Beer Garden
($200 for 3 hours Mon.-Fri. at 2pm, $50 each additional hour)
($300 for 3 hours Fri. at 2pm-Sun. at close, $50 each additional hour)

Includes Entire Beer Garden

FAQ’s About Our Ocean View Event Space

Is there a deposit?

Yes. Reservation/Cleaning Deposit of $50 for COVA 20×20 Tent and Adirondack Package and $100 for all other packages will be charged in advance at the time of reservation for any package and will be credited to account provided property is left orderly and clean following event.

Do you offer restrooms?

Yes.

For the additional comfort of your events and to ensure a better experience, a portable restroom rental for larger events of the Blue and White packages may be required based on the date/time of the event($125/each).

Do you have additional tables, tables clothes and chairs available?

Yes. Additional tables, table clothes, and chairs are available for rental and will be quoted in advance.

Is there a contract or agreement to sign?

Yes. Contract and Liability Waiver agreement must be signed prior to event. Event Representative agrees to be responsible for any damage to COVA Property.

Is there a cancellation fee / policy?

Yes. A late cancellation fee of $25 for the COVA 20×20 Tent and Adirondack Package and $100 for all other packages will be assessed if the reservation not canceled at least 24 hours in advance of the start of the event.  Weather-related cancellations after the 24-hour deadline will still be assessed the full event amount.

What are your cleaning expectations for after the event?

Event Representative agrees to be responsible for removal of trash and decorations as well as accountable for any damage to COVA Property or grounds.

Is smoking/vaping allowed?

No. All guests must follow NO Smoking/Vaping Rules and abide by ABC laws.

Are pets and or children allowed?

Yes, absolutely! Please just manage all children/pets to ensure their safety and ensure there is no damage done to the property/landscaping.
