We do still require that our event contract is filled out and and a reservation is made – however, we do allow military events such as Retirements, Change of Commands, Hail & Bails and Promotions to use our space for no charge. Please fill out the “Start Planning” form or email us at [email protected] so we can ensure that we have enough staff to accommodate your event and that we can help you with setting up any group tabs before you arrive!
We do not accept cash at our location. We are cashless and accept credit cards, debit cards, and COVA gift cards for payment.
We’re lucky to say, we are BOTH! Yes, folks, you read that right! We are both a craft brewery and craft coffeehouse.

Yes! At COVA, we have a variety of food options. You can enjoy a variety of snacks, bites, and savory sweets provided by local food vendors like Gateaux Bakery & Cafe, Empowered Plant Cakes, Pound Cakes by Jen, and Carolina Cupcake (you get them all)! In addition to our in-house options, we partner with local food truck vendors Tuesday – Sunday. You can see our schedule here.
Our coffee bar is open all day. Two hours before close we shut down our espresso machines so lattes and any other drinks that require espresso are unavailable after that time. Our teas, lemonade, cold brew, and drip coffee are available up until we close.

Yes! We always have a variety of 4-pack (16 oz) options as well as Growlers (64 oz) to go!
Yes! We love pets at COVA! If they’re well-behaved and leashed then they are welcome in any of our outdoor areas. COVA is fido friendly and has water bowls on site to make sure your furry friend can relax and enjoy COVA with you!
Due to our restaurant license, dogs are not allowed inside. We are more than happy to come outside to get your order and bring it to you when it’s ready, so you can stay with your companion.
Yes! COVA is one of the only craft breweries on the East Coast that has a self-pour tap system, we’re excited to let you customize your COVA experience! Never poured your own beer before? Don’t worry! Our trained beer tenders are here to help make sure you enjoy your craft brew!
There is parking located at the back of the building off of 22nd Bay Street as well as some parking on Pretty Lake Ave. Additional street parking is available in the East Beach neighborhood across the street, just be respectful of our neighbors please! *Please be advised that parking in the East Beach Shoppes lot may result in your car being towed.*
Yes! It is our priority to give back to the very community that makes COVA so special. You can expect a quarterly partnership with a local non-profit. If you’re a non-profit looking to host your event at COVA or to partner in general, please reach out to us!
Yes! We have multiple tables and three tents for you to enjoy COVA outdoors! We also have three garage doors that we open on occasion to provide an indoor/outdoor experience.
Absolutely! We offer something for everyone! That includes the kids. For drinks we offer lemonade, chocolate milk, hot chocolate, milk, juice boxes, & seltzer! For something to nibble on we offer cake pops, goldfish, pirate bootie, chip varieties, & assorted pastries! All are available for purchase in store!
Yes! In addition to our beer, we offer cider, and wine in red, white, rose, and sparkling varietals. And of course, COVA is also a craft coffee house with a full coffee menu. COVA also prides itself on making homemade infused seltzers. So even if beer isn’t your thing, we always have something for you to enjoy. We also take care of your little ones with plenty of kid-friendly options like hot chocolate, chocolate milk, and natural juice!

COVA is walking distance to the beach! So we encourage you to pick up your coffee to-go or buy a 4-pack to take and enjoy on the beach!
Yes! You can take a look at our space rental options here. Please fill out the survey with the details of your event and a COVA crew member will get back to you within 48-hours.
We do not have any additional tables and chairs on site outside of what is listed on our private event space descriptions. We will consider allowing extra tables and chairs to be brought in with a rental company on a case by case basis. Please contact the event manager with any questions at [email protected] or by filling out the planning form above.
No. All guests must follow No Smoking/Vaping rules and abide by ABC laws.
Yes. A late cancellation fee will be assessed if the reservation was not canceled at least 24 hours in advance of the start of the event. Weather-related cancellations after the 24-hour deadline will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Yes. Contract and Liability Waiver agreement must be signed prior to event. Event Representative agrees to be responsible for any damage to COVA Property.

Yes, absolutely! We want to ensure their safety and that there is no damage done to the property/landscaping so please just pay close mind to them!
Our staff will help with bussing tables. However, if you reserve space for an event, you are agreeing to be responsible for the removal of trash and decorations as well as accountable for any damage done to COVA property/grounds. All property belonging to COVA should be accounted for, clean, and found in its original condition after the event. Should you wish to rearrange furnishings belonging to COVA during your event, please note that you are responsible for returning them to their original location prior to leaving the property.
